The MOBOTIX MOVE 5MP Indoor Micro Dome is a compact and discreet PoE camera designed for indoor installations where security, image quality and reliability matter. With True WDR 120 dB, IR LEDs up to 15 m and two-way audio it delivers professional surveillance even in challenging light and total darkness.
5 MP image quality with True WDR 120 dB
Progressive scan CMOS sensor 1/2.7" (OmniVision OS05A20) delivers 2688×1944 pixels at 30 fps via H.265, H.264 or MJPEG. True WDR 120 dB handles harsh backlight from windows, glass doors and bright lamps without losing detail in dark areas.
3D MCTF noise reduction delivers clean low-light images and reduces storage needs — fewer encoding artefacts and better analytics performance.
Day/Night with IR up to 15 m
A mechanical IR-cut filter engages automatically based on ambient light. Daytime: crisp colour image without IR colour shift. Night-time: the filter retracts and built-in 850 nm IR LEDs illuminate the scene up to 15 metres.
Minimum illumination: 0.17 lux in colour, 0.04 lux in B/W — and with the IR LEDs active the camera works even in total darkness.
3-axis gimbal for free angling
Fixed 2.8 mm lens with 108.3° horizontal field of view and 76.5° vertical — a typical indoor room installation covers the entire room with a single camera. The 3-axis gimbal lets you pan, rotate and tilt the camera after installation even if the mounting point is unfavourable.
A discreet design (Ø 105 × 65 mm, 248 g) blends into ceilings and walls — perfect for open offices, hotel rooms, retail floors and care rooms.
Top-tier cybersecurity
Mobotix builds security from the ground up: Secure Boot, digitally signed firmware, AES-128/256, RSA 2048, SHA-256/384, TLS 1.2 (TLS 1.0/1.1 optional for legacy) and IEEE 802.1X network access control.
HTTPS, VPN, IP filtering, Digest Authentication and fine-grained user/group access make the camera a GDPR-compliant building block in modern security environments.
